The bag itself is good. The hardware is cheap and nasty and devalues the look of the bag. The colour of the hardware does not match and should maybe have been polished silver.

The bag is very heavy. The straps are big and hard to keep on the shoulder. It has heavy bling and is very hard to open and close. The only thing that I really like is the color. I am very disappointed with my purchase.
